Happy NEW YEAR! Welcome 2023, may you be a year that's much better and kinder. May dreams come true and passion burning bright. Less Drama and LESS IDIOCRACY from both in the Real World and at home. Less housework and having to do everything, and more doing what one loves.
Top priority is Self-Care, Self-Love, Dreams, Passions and Joys. Any negativity and hate that tries to get in my way of what I want to do and try to get me down-Well, let me tell ya something: I am a kind, strong and hardworking gal who cares about her family, friends and things that she loves and holds dear, but get on my bad side Negativity and hate-you'll find that beneath this nice caring gal is a powerful dragon that'll take ya down a peg until your nothing, but a pile of soot!
I'm gonna do the things I love to do while also helping the best I can especially helping the people I care about-Nobody should set themselves on fire to keep others warm. Which is a quote by Penny Reid and also there is a similar quote in Epither Erased Prison of Plastic ( “You don’t have to light yourself on fire just to keep everybody warm, Bear Trap.”)-Which means you don't have to do everything by yourself for its okay to ask for help from your friends or loved ones.
This year in 2023, I want to focus more on myself and do what I love while dumbing down the negativity, stupidity and hate. I am putting the IRON foot down on it because it sickens me from the disgusting news on tv to hearing people spouting crap and cutting themselves down-OKAY! I hate that crap!
These are my resolutions for 2023:
Self-Care and Meditation 2. Publish my Poetry Book 3. Continue growing my bonds with my loved ones 4. Learn some new skills (TBD) 5. Get back to trying to make buttons 6. Get my one collection in the World Record Book 7. Hone my writing skills 8. Expand my knowledge 9. Lose Weight 10. Have the greatest Anime Milwaukee convention weekend ever 11. Explore more of Downtown Milwaukee and ride the S.S. Sullivan
That's what I have so far, I gotta remember to write it down in the morning with extensions to each one, but those are what came to mind while writing this post.
2023 is gonna be a better year, and if any negative force tries to ruin it-they'll have to answer to me. Because starting today-A NEW CHAPTER begins, and I'm gonna make sure that the first day of the new year is decent even if I gotta bare my fangs and puff a little flame to put negativity and hate in their place if they try to rain on the first day of the new year. :wink:

His first book is based on his blueprinted season 2. Hello there everyone! This journal is dedicated today to my bestie in the whole wide world-heck, the whole wide universe-@XSReiki772! Today is not just her birthday, but it also marks our 10th Friendiversary year! We've been besties for 10 years since the day our paths crossed back in 2011-I don't remember what day we met back those years ago, but upon looking back at the very first story we wrote together, choosing the summer since both of us got a birthday in the summertime and her birthday-So both friendiversary and her birthday tie together on this day. 
10 years-That's a long time. It almost feels like yesterday when our paths crossed, it began as role playing Xiaolin Showdown, each of us with incredible ideas an characters and our love for a unique show created by an amazing individual-Christy Hui. What both of us didn't know as we role play was the seed of friendship that was planted that day and over the years has grown into a beautiful cherry blossom tree. There have been struggles, obstacles that we've faced to help our seed grow into what has become today, but we found a way to overcome those bumps in the road, each challenge helped us grow together as friends, when life throws a wrench-We put our trust into one another and found a way to overcome it together.
As our friendship grew, we got to learn a lot about each other: Our lives, our dreams, our passions, ourselves. Whenever we had troubles, we do our best to help one another out, being there for one another, lending an ear to listen, supporting one another. No matter the storms that came our way, we got through it. No matter if we found ourselves in the dark, we found the light to guide us through it. When we feel like giving up, we lift each other up to keep moving forward. When we are in pain, we're there for one another. No matter what came our way-even if an enemy threatened the world-we'd find a way to take him down as long as we did it together because together nothing is impossible.
Reiki is an amazing, incredibly talented artist and her ideas are just as amazing. I'm happy to see how she's working hard every day to improve and hone her animating skills, I'm proud of how much she's grown over the years-As a person and her art. It inspires me to keep doing my best and growing-as a person and in my writing. Both of us doing our best every step of the way and working toward making our dreams come true. No matter where those dreams take us, we won't be doing it alone. We got not just each other, but we got people in our lives that support us in their own quirky way. It drives us to keep working hard to make our dreams come true-little steps at a time, but I know we're gonna get there and show the world what's on our own canvas to share our souls for all to see-to share our stories and our worlds to the people out there that'll inspire/motivate someone out there, to change their lives and make this world much brighter.
I'm grateful and happy to have a BFF/Soul Sister like Reiki in my life. I'm happy to be her friend for this many years, I'm honored to be a part of her life. I'm blessed that fate brought us together thanks to an amazing show and as the years go by, our Cherry Blossom Tree of Friendship will continue to grow and stand mighty. No matter what comes ahead, no matter what the future holds for us, no matter what happens-We'll always be together even if we we're reincarnated or teleported to another world, our souls will resonate to find one another again and together, overcoming the new challenges that the new world offers to us.
Happy Birthday Reiki and Happy 10th friendiversary, lets continue to work hard toward our dreams, going on adventures and creating stories together. Never let the light of your star go out in your heart, keep hope and dreams close so its fire never dwindles. For dreams and hope are what make a star shine bright in the night sky. Like Yin and Jin-the Chaos Bros, we are Megan and Reiki-The Harmony Sisters! :3
R.I.P. Uncle Frank :(
Guys, I have some horrible news.....at 7:08pm tonight...my Uncle Frank has passed away. He was suffering from COPD-He was admitted to the hospital a few weeks ago when he wasn't feeling good. He fell down, his hands and feet were shaking, his fingers were turning blue and.......Well....sighhh~He was taken to the hospital and he was going up and down on his condition even when at first he refused the ventilator until he was on it, but then off and on again during his time there. In the day, he was getting better, but night varied......
We called him and told him to keep fighting, use the ventilator and that we loved him very much and care about him.
You know what makes it really hard on us? He died on my mom's birthday. And last night, I had a weird dream that I saw Uncle Frank going upstairs looking healthy and happy.......mom would tell me that sometimes if you see a loved one in a dream looking healthy....it's good, but also it means....their....leaving soon.....
He was only 62 years old when he passed on. Mom told me after she and Aunt Mary visited him this morning at the hospital (They were both allowed to see him and don't worry-CDC guidelines were followed and they washed up when they got home-so all good on keeping healthy and sanitized.) she told me that he loved me, he probably told how he loved each and every one of us.
2020 is indeed the worst year of our lives. RIP Uncle Frank. Your with Aunt ROse, Uncle Dennis and our relatives up there now.
We Write The Stories in the Book of Life
I want a future for all of us to look forward to-A bright one where life has gradually returned to normal, were able to be with our loved ones and friends again doing all the things we did before the COVID Crisis. I want people and children celebrating their milestones, birthdays, weddings, and celebrations. I want people to enjoy going to festivals and events of all kinds without a care in the world. I want to see people look forward to a new tomorrow. :)
The world is like a book-WE ARE THE writers that write new passages into that book every single day. But there are those who want to burn that book to ash, not wanting to add new and exciting stories to it...just want to burn it to a crisp like they don't give a care.
I want to see people have happy and good futures-not bad endings like you see in video games or bad futures like in those DYstopian books or movies.
TONIGHT the greatest Battle is being written-the outcome depends on what we choose and I pray that we will rise victorious to create amazing tales for years to come.
