One Simple Job

Sometimes in marriage and in a relationship a spouse is so caught up in his own world he disregards anything happening in his lover's world-especially when she's not feeling her best. This poem is about how just important one job be it cooking dinner, cleaning the garage or any importance is disregarded and make's the lover feel neglected and angry at the spouse. Sometimes the most simple of job can lead to the spouse going to the dog house if he can't do one simple task-Even if its picking up pizza for dinner.

In a relationship caring for each other and being there and helping out is top priority among others-isn't that what balances a healthy relationship, yet sometimes not all relationships or marriages are that way. 

Also I like to apologize if this seems a little down-wind, but I happen to be in such a situation with my dad neglecting how my mom feels and she gets mad because dad is in his own world. The two of them never seem to want to sit down and talk things out or how stupid stuff makes the other feels and it always leads to my mom lashing out and saying things she doesn't mean. And I admit it-I have to put up with her outbursts.
