Why must you haunt me?
Terrifying meat
Why do yu make me quiver?
Packaged up
Soaked in blood
I can barely touch
Without a shiver.
Gushy and mushy,
gooey and ooey,
You give me goosebumps
At times make me sick.
Why can't you be bloodless?
Why can't you be other than red?
For red reminds me of blood
Mushness of gore in horror movies.
So why must you red meat
Give me raw nightmares
Before you are cooked
You are, but a bloody blob.

I like meat, but when its not cooked yet or when I have to touch it in its package or out of-it just makes me shiver all over, quiver at the least. Especially when the blood is dripping that makes me pale.
